Join Samara Liberman (RSW/MSW and counsellor at Sit With Us) and Lori Goldblatt (Life Cycle Doula, Celebrant and facilitator), a mother and daughter, both trained in parts work, for a 3-hour facilitated workshop.

Explore a deeper understanding of your parts, legacy burdens and the intergenerational wounds you may be carrying. You’ll be guided through experiential offerings to do a deep dive into your internal system.

Cost - sliding scale from $50-75, depending on resources.
