I used to run myself ragged trying to do everything and be everything for everyone else. I learned to streamline my tasks, implement super challenging boundaries & have made more time in my life than I have ever had before! This means I now have the time to share my findings with you :)

This workshop with me, Kate Kent, serves as a place to start thinking about the balance you're seeking. From work boundaries, to parenting needs, to implementing true self care, to whimiscal fun times- how we manage out time and balance our lives sometimes feels life a lofty dream.

Kate Kent (me!!) is a business owner, leadership coach, a mom of two teens, an artist sometimes, divorced from an alcoholic, a life-long learner and owns too many plants to count. She is also afraid of heights and doesn't enjoy spiders.
