About the Event
Pregnancy and childbirth change the body in ways many women are never fully prepared for. Urinary leakage. Pelvic pressure. Pain. Core weakness. Diastasis recti. Feelings of instability during exercise or daily movement.
These issues are common, but they are not something you simply have to live with.
Join the Spooner pelvic health team at Spooner North Mesa for an open and supportive conversation about postpartum recovery and pelvic floor health. This educational event is designed to help new moms better understand their bodies, learn what is normal and what deserves attention, and discover strategies to help them recover with confidence.
Whether you recently had a baby or are still navigating symptoms years later, this event is for you.
What You’ll Learn:
– Common postpartum pelvic floor concerns
– Why symptoms like leaking and pelvic pressure happen
– Understanding diastasis recti and core recovery
– When to seek help for pelvic pain or prolapse
