Sometimes we carry emotions, patterns or tensions that seem larger than our personal story. Family constellations are a way of exploring the deeper systems we are part of — and how those systems continue to shape us throughout life.

During this 3-hour introductory experience, participants acquire the principles of systemic work and experience relational dynamics through constellation work.

The event combines explanation, live demonstrations and reflective exercises in a grounded and accessible atmosphere. No experience is needed — only curiosity.
