With a background in brand and creative strategy, Claire is an enthusiastic advocate for close collaboration between Planning & Creative teams, working together to create the conditions for creativity to flourish.
Chris Weston, Creative Director, .
Chris is a Creative Director with 18 years of experience shaping award-winning campaigns for top brands like Panasonic, Rowntree’s, Carlsberg, John Frieda, Cadbury, and Jason’s Sourdough. Currently Creative Director at Finn, Chris previously held the role of Integrated Creative Director at Brave in London, leading creative projects across ATL advertising and digital. His work has been recognised by D&AD, DMA, and MCCA, and he also serves as a mentor for Channel4Skills, School of Thought, and Leeds Arts University. Chris is passionate about crafting original ideas that solve business challenges while making a lasting impact.

Kajel is a Qualitative Insight Director at Relish, with over 20 years experience in the industry. She has worked with a range of clients including Estee Lauder, Vodafone, Tesco and B&Q. Kajel thrives on the excitement of creative testing, and the ability to blend innovation with strategic thinking. For her, creative evaluation is not just about optimising performance…it's about pushing boundaries and discovering fresh ways to communicate compelling messages.
During her time at Relish, Kajel has developed tailored approaches that allow clients and agencies to get candid feedback from diverse audiences – from interrogating the big idea, right the way through to the creative execution.
