About this Event
Great software products don't happen by accident — they're the result of clear strategy, disciplined execution, and smart use of resources at every stage of growth.
This lunch & learn will give founders and business leaders a practical, end-to-end framework for building products that succeed. You’ll learn how to identify your product’s lifecycle stage, align strategy with business goals, and how modern teams discover and deliver solutions quickly and iteratively. We'll also cover the product and engineering metrics that should be driving your planning decisions. A real-world case study will bring these concepts to life, showing how a founder applied them to prioritize work and allocate resources over a 90-day period.
Attendees will leave with honest, practical guidance drawn from firsthand experience running a software agency and managing distributed teams — and tools you can put to work immediately, including:
- A strategy and roadmap framework: Understand the building blocks of a strong product strategy, how to build an outcomes-based roadmap, and who should own what at your stage
- Execution clarity: Learn how to structure discovery and delivery so your team can move fast, reduce waste, and ship solutions customers actually value
- The right metrics: Walk away with a practical set of product and engineering KPIs and a model for using them in planning
This is an in-person workshop and lunch will be provided. Space is limited and registration closes at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 14.
