Doing so much but still feeling behind? Join this self-love circle in San Francisco to pause and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
About this Event

When was the last time you went to bed thinking, “I’m so proud of myself”?

Not because you finished everything, but because you spent the day in a way that felt true to you.

I’ve been reflecting on how to shift what makes me proud of myself from how much I do to how I show up. I keep hearing people say they feel overwhelmed, like they’re doing so much but still feeling behind.

Between the messages we get about what we should accomplish and the way we speak to ourselves, the finish line can keep moving.

What Makes a Day Enough? is a 90-minute self-love circle where we’ll pause together and explore:

• What matters to us and how we want to show up.

• Where our time is going and what keeps getting pushed back.

• The messages we carry about how much we should be doing.

Through guided reflection, journaling, and sharing, we’ll make space to ask what enough means for ourselves.

Come on your own or bring a friend. No experience is needed, and sharing is always optional.

Please bring a journal and pen.

Hosted by Aileen Morales, a certified Heal Your Life® Coach and founder of With Joy, Aileen.
