In this workshop discuss with @practicewithsusan the history and lineage, as well the methods and structure of this very traditional and powerful approach to yoga practice and a yogic life.We’ll take those fresh ideas into a 1 hour of āsana practice, going over some popular hands-on adjustments.
We’ll move into breathwork, chanting, and a finish with a final Q&A.
