Most business planning classes talk numbers, statistics and details. Most of us hate those classes. That is not this class.
This class will focus on building a business plan from an authentic foundation.
Most people have learned how to build a real estate business from a model designed years ago and regurgitated year after year by brokerage after brokerage. This class challenges your preconceived ideas of what it takes to build a successful business and has you create a plan for the new year that speaks to you.
You will leave with a plan you create that inspires and empowers you to have your best year ever.
There's a term: VUCA which stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. We must learn to embrace all of this to be able to move forward with intention.
