Kay and Sharon provide evidence based, factual information on HRT, and all stages of menopause. Kay lives and breathes all this subject and Sharon is an 'Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in Menopause', yes.. that's actually her title!
The women that come to this group are also up for sharing their experiences and support. We start with a short presentation of the basic facts and then finish with an open discussion. Come and join in or just come and listen, no pressure. Do you worry about coming to this type of group? Me too, thats why we try and make it informative but informal.
