What Are We Building? is a curated couples experience focused on financial clarity, wealth-building strategy, and long-term stability. Hosted by Tony and Eleshia Cash, this Valentine’s Financial Vision Board Party creates space for intentional conversation around money, alignment, and the kind of life you want to build—and sustain—together.

Tony and Eleshia Cash are a powerhouse couple who lead by example, having navigated real-life financial decisions, seasons of growth, and intentional planning together for over 21 years. Throughout the evening, they will share practical insights, proven strategies, and personal lessons that have strengthened their financial picture, improved decision-making, and supported long-term growth—not hype, just wisdom earned over time.

This experience is designed for couples who are thinking about:

• Financial security and peace of mind
• Smart money moves and disciplined strategy
• Reducing debt and increasing cash flow
• Building savings, equity, and future options
• Creating a household plan that supports lifestyle, legacy, and freedom

A key part of the night is moving beyond vision into focused execution. Couples will be guided to reflect on an essential question:

“What do we need to eliminate to make room for what we want to build?”

This includes identifying:

• Expenses, habits, or patterns that slow progress
• Credit card debt or financial leakage that needs a plan
• Clear savings targets and priority goals
• Strategic shifts that support wealth accumulation and stability
• Tony Cash, financial coach and strategist, will guide couples through financial visioning, goal alignment, and practical money conversations centered on growth, discipline, and long-term reward.
• Eleshia Cash, financial mentor and leadership guide, will help couples connect finances to values, stewardship, and legacy—framing money as a tool for stability, opportunity, and generational impact.

Through guided prompts, intentional conversation, and creative visioning, couples will:

• Clarify shared financial goals and wealth priorities
• Identify what must be reduced or eliminated to increase momentum
• Define realistic savings targets and financial benchmarks
• Create a financial vision board focused on growth, security, and reward

To fully participate in the vision board experience, couples are encouraged to bring:

• Scissors
• Used magazines and/or important personal photos they’d like to include
