WHAAKY Kids™ at CBRC Health & Fitness

WHAAKY Kid™ program empowers every child to be whole, healthy, active, aware, kind, and youthful. This program provides the building blocks for a child's development to prepare them for life's ups and downs in a supportive and creative environment.

This 3-week program will be led by Dr. Gary Podhaisky, creator and instructor of WHAAKY Kids™. The cost of this program is $149 and is open to kids ages 8 - 10. Classes will be held on Fridays between 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm.

For the Parents

The success of the program hinges on parental engagement. Additionally, this program provides parents with a chance to enhance their understanding. During each session, parents will have the opportunity to gain insights from a local child behavior specialist. The parent sessions are scheduled from 12:00 to 12:30 pm.
