WFO Free Veteran Waterfowl Hunt - Sauvie Island - Jan 31st

First time Veterans ONLY at this time. If you have been on a Hunt trip with WFO before please send us an email to be put on the wait list.

Hunt Day:

Saturday the 31st

Time: 04:45 AM

Location: Pope Lake Duck Club

31207 NW Reeder Rd, Portland, OR 97231

You are 100% required to have your Hunting License as well as your waterfowl stamps. We will be allowed to hunt Geese as well.

**This event will involve active firearms use. If you are not legally allowed to handle firearms or are not proficient in firearms handling/shooting, DO NOT sign up for this event.**

Hunting guide will provide:

-12 or 20 gauge/ammo

-Decoys and Blind

-Eye and Ear Protection

Veteran on Trip will need to provide:

-Waterproof clothing; Rain Jacket, Pants, and Boots. Camo patterns of clothing is prefered. Guide can provide some camo coverings if needed.

-Gloves, and Beanies

-Licenses; Waterfowl Validation, HIP Validation, and Duck Stamp.

-Shotgun 12 or 20 Ga

This event has the possibility of including walking/hiking through wetlands/water. Please ensure you are able to complete these movements if needed.

Also ensure you have a way to transport and process the Ducks you shoot on this hunt.
