Join us for an exciting Race Night in support of Teesside Hospice! 🐎
Teesside Hospice is dedicated to changing lives across Teesside by supporting people and families affected by terminal illness. They help individuals make the most of every day, ensuring they receive the best possible care and create lasting memories. Whether it’s physical, mental, or emotional support, Teesside Hospice treats everyone as an individual and supports them to stay as independent as possible for as long as possible.
Teesside Hospice brings people together, from patients, family, and friends to clinical teams, counsellors, staff, volunteers, and fundraisers. They ensure that everyone gets to live well until the very end. Founded by local people, Teesside Hospice will always be here for the local community, offering highly personalized levels of care.
Doors will open at 7:00 PM, with races beginning from 7:30 PM onwards. The program will consist of 8 thrilling races. When guests buy tickets to the Race Night, they can also experience the excitement of owning and naming a horse! 🐴
Upon arrival, guests will receive a race booklet listing all the race information. They can place bets on the horses and receive tote tickets. The races are chosen at random, so nobody knows beforehand which horse will win. The excitement is just like a real race, with lots of shouting and cheering as the horses reach the finish line! Winning owners and bettors are usually a fair bit louder than the others in the room! 🎉
