Join the Upper Chartiers Creek Watershed Associations for a morning of education and environmental stewardship. Our local wetlands are an invaluable resource and habitat for plants, animals, and people. Jason Kilgore, PhD from Washington and Jefferson College, will lead this entertaining, "easy level" hike discussing terrain, soil composition, plant and animal identification, and so much more. We will collect trash along the way and following the hike. Trash bags, safety vests, and gloves will be provided. This event is rain or shine.
