WETES 2026

WETES (Women Empowered Through Employment Series) is a supportive, employment-readiness program designed to help women build confidence, strengthen professional skills, and prepare for job search and interviews.

This program is designed to be skills-focused and forward-looking. Participants are not required to share personal stories. Activities center on practical job skills, confidence-building, and supportive practice.

Night 1 (Tuesday) — Intro + Confidence + Resume Prep + Dressing for Interviews

Night 2 (Wednesday) — Email + Social Media + Applying Online + Interview Prep

Night 3 (Thursday) — Resume Clinic + Mock Interviews + Graduation
