WETA PBS KIDS Session: Sparking Family Engagement @ Your Library!

Calling all librarians! Looking for new and engaging ways to bring families into your library?

WETA PBS Kids invites you to join us for a special Train the Trainer Session: Sparking Family Engagement on Saturday, May 17, from 10 am-1 pm at WETA headquarters in Arlington, VA. In this dynamic in-person session, we will share the PBS KIDS intergenerational model for hands-on family engagement to support STEM and literacy development among children and families. We welcome all school and public library staff to attend.

Participants will:

• Receive a facilitator’s kit

• Participate in hands-on demonstrations

• Have access to PBS KIDS resources and giveaways

Refreshments and lunch will be provided
