Wet-Felted Hearts • Kids Art Workshop

Join us for a fun Valentine's Day needle-felting and handicraft class! (Ages 5+) ❤️

In this class, the children will experience the incredible transformation that wool makes when you add warm water, soap, pressure and a little patience. Children will take wool roving and turn it into a beautiful, felted heart that can be used as a decoration, coaster, or valentine. They will be working with small amounts of water and so could get a little bit wet in process.

About the Teacher

Heather has always loved playing with wool in all its forms, but came to Waldorf handwork when she started homeschooling her daughter in the Waldorf tradition. She fell so in love with the Waldorf approach to handwork that she trained as a teacher and now seeks to bring the beauty of handwork to all children. In her free time, Heather can be found playing outside with her family in this gorgeous state of ours.
