Westside Farm-to-Table Community Dinner Experience

A More Excellent Way Church and a team of community partners are hosting the 1st annual farm-to-table community dinner experience on the West Side of Charleston! This event will take place Thursday Nov. 13th from 6 - 8 PM, and will include an amazing dinner by Chef Ke. (See the menu below!). We will come together to celebrate community leaders, increase awareness of food justice, and launch support for A More Excellent Way Church food pantry.

With your ticket purchase, you will be supporting this event as a Community Cultivator.

We are also looking for partners to join us in becoming sponsors at the Seed Sower ($500), Garden Grower ($1,000), and Harvest Hero ($5,000) levels. Your generous contribution will go towards supporting the attendance of West Side community members and funding the amazing work of the church food pantry’s outreach program.

Farm-to-Table Menu:

1st course: Roasted Sweet Potato and Carrot Coconut Curry Soup with House Focaccia Grilled Cheese

2nd course: Winter Root Vegetable Salad Mixed Greens, Feta Crumble, House Focaccia Croutons, House Chipotle Ranch

3rd course: Shrimp & Grits Southern Style Collard Greens, Creole Sauce and Beef Sausage

4th course: Sticky Toffee Bread Pudding, Apple Butter and House Whipped Cream

Harvest Hero, $5,000: Join us as a core partner to make this event a reality! You’ll receive 5 tickets, your logo will be on our materials, you’ll have an opportunity to speak at the event, & will receive an impact report.

Garden Grower, $1,000: Become a key supporter of this special community event! You’ll receive 3 tickets, your logo will go on event materials, and you’ll receive an impact report.

Seed Sower, $500: Join us as a fellow food access supporter! You’ll receive 2 tickets, and your logo will go in our event pamphlet.

Community Cultivator, $100: Come celebrate our vibrant community and support food justice! You’ll receive 1 ticket to the event.
