We are looking for renters, people looking to buy a home, and people who have homes and are fighting to keep them.
We’ll unpack key terms like AMI (Area Median Income), explore how zoning impacts housing, and discuss what’s standing in the way of more affordability. This event is designed to help residents better understand how policies affect our neighborhood—and how we can access the resources and programs available right now to support homeowners, renters, and future buyers.
Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to Grove Park, your voice matters. Come learn, ask questions, and be part of shaping a more equitable future for our community.
