Join us for the revamped concert series Westminster Presents!, which was adapted from the long-running Music At Noon concert series. This series is now focusing on the high school and college-aged musicians, as well as community and pre-professional musicians who need more opportunities for performance and growth. This series will be held on the third Monday evening of the month at 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
The first concert is on Monday, November 17, featuring students in the World Music Ensemble from Folsom Lake College, directed by Portia Njoku, as well as the Commercial Music Ensemble directed by Benwar Shepard. This concert will feature Caribbean steel pan drums and brass, as well as New Orleans-style brass band music. It will be a lively event that leaves you inspired.
