Westin Wellness Weekend brings together some of Australia’s most inspiring wellness experts for two days of movement, education, nourishment and restoration. From energising Pilates and yoga sessions to nervous system workshops, skin health and sound healing, every moment has been designed to support balance, vitality and deep relaxation. SATURDAY 18 APRIL
9:00 AM — Pilates & Matcha
Start the day with an energising Pilates session led by Phoebe Parsons, set to an uplifting soundtrack by DJ Simona. After class, refresh with premium matcha from Le Match Matcha, the perfect post-movement boost.
11:00 AM — The SSKIN Panel: Skin Health Q&A
An expert-led discussion exploring skin health from the inside out. Our panel of specialists will share practical insights into skincare, gut health, lymphatic support and modern cosmetic treatments. Expect practical advice, myth-busting insights and the opportunity to ask your questions.

12:30 PM — Wellness Lunch
4:00 PM — Return To You: Nervous System Reset Workshop
Led by Karen Logan, founder of House of Motion, Return to You is a slow-paced workshop designed to help you reconnect inward and regulate your nervous system. The experience begins with gentle, mindful movement set to music, helping reconnect the mind and body. This is followed by a short interactive presentation exploring stress management practices and self-care. The session concludes with a guided meditation and affirmations centred around self-love and body positivity.
6:00 PM — Sound Healing with Carmen Lee-Schneider & Kailo
As the day comes to a close, experience a deeply relaxing sound healing experience led by Carmen Lee-Schneider in collaboration with KAILO Nutrition. Crystal sound bowls and soothing vibrations will guide you into profound relaxation, helping release tension and calm the nervous system. Following the session, enjoy KAILO Sleep Well Smoothies designed to support restful sleep before retreating to Westin’s signature Heavenly Beds.

8:00 AM — Morning Yoga
Begin the day with a grounding yoga session led by Amanda, designed to gently awaken the body and prepare you for the day ahead. A light breakfast will follow.
10:00 AM — Breathwork & Embodiment with Davina Rankin
This one-hour session is designed to help participants slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body in a safe and supportive environment. Rather than intense breathwork styles, this experience focuses on soft, down-regulating breath practices that encourage calm, presence, and emotional grounding. This session will also guide participants into awareness of their energetic field and support a simple, accessible process of reconnecting and balancing the body’s chakra system before moving into breathwork.
