The Westin Wellness Weekend is a signature seasonal experience designed to nurture mind, body, and spirit through curated activations that bring The Westin’s wellness pillars to life. As wellness continues to shape how we travel and connect, these weekends offer a rejuvenating escape that blends movement, mindfulness, nourishment, and community in the heart of Brisbane.
This spring edition is thoughtfully crafted to help you reset and recharge, with a series of immersive rituals, express workouts, and soulful reflection sessions, all designed to support your personal wellbeing journey.
Weekend Itinerary
Saturday 13 September
Morning Rituals Club – led by Amanda & Meg
A serene start to your weekend, blending movement, mindfulness, and nourishment.
Inclusions:
- 7:00 AM: Arrival & Cleansing Ritual – Herbal welcome tea or lemon water.
- 7:15 AM: Movement – Guided yoga flow or mat-based mobility/stretch session.
- 8:00 AM: Nourish & Connect – Light wellness breakfast featuring chia pots, protein pancakes, fruit boards, turmeric shots, and fresh juices.
Sweat & Sculpt – Afternoon
Activation
An energetic pop-up featuring express workouts designed for fun, flow, and good vibes.
Inclusions:
- 4:00 PM: Back-to-back 25-minute sessions
- 5:00 PM: Social Cool Down Zone – “Revive Bar” with kombucha and citrus spritz.
- Pop-up or gifting moment with a local activewear brand.
- Optional Westin Wellness Set Menu at Settimo for a nourishing dinner experience.
Sunday 14 September
Sunset Stillness on the Pool Deck
An immersive, sensory wind-down experience to close the weekend in tranquility.
Inclusions:
- 4:00 PM: Run Club
- 5:00 PM: Welcome Mocktail – Hibiscus, ashwagandha, and mint blend. Chilled eucalyptus towels and soft ambient music.
- 5:15 PM: Gentle Stretch, Guided Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Journaling
Under the warm glow of the setting sun, guests will be gently guided through mindful breathwork and meditation designed to regulate the nervous system, release built-up tension, and create space for presence, followed by soothing sound healing. They will then be invited to settle into a moment of self-reflection with journals, using guided prompts such as “What am I ready to let go of?” and “What do I want to welcome in?” to encourage mindful introspection and intention-setting. The evening will conclude with a closing ritual, during which each guest draws a personal affirmation card, offering an inspiring message to carry forward.
