As we approach a momentous milestone in our community’s history, we are excited to announce the 150th Anniversary of the Westfield Fire Department, established in 1875. This significant anniversary not only marks a century and a half of dedicated service and commitment to the safety and well-being of our beloved town but also provides an opportunity to celebrate the legacy and spirit of the Westfield Fire Department.To commemorate this historic event, we are planning a grand 150th Anniversary Celebration in June of 2025. The celebration will kick off with a parade through downtown Westfield, showcasing our fire trucks, vintage apparatus, and community groups. The parade will conclude at the Westfield Armory on Rahway Avenue, where a day full of fun and festivities awaits. Attendees can look forward to games, food, drinks, and raffles, creating an enjoyable and
memorable experience for all.
Such an ambitious event requires considerable support, and we are reaching out to businesses and individuals in our community to ask for your help. Your generous donations and sponsorships will play a crucial role in making this celebration a success.
