I am a recently certified Leader in Running Fitness looking to support new runners on their journey.
These runs are intended to build confidence, strength and fitness while having a good time. We use run/walk intervals, stop for photos and move at a sociable pace and suitable for anyone new to running or maybe wants some company to explore off road.
This weeks route is just under 4 miles and mostly grass while we make the most of the end of the summer. It will take us through the fields surrounding Westfield, passing Farbanks Henge.
