About the Communities of WestFest

WestFest is a collaborative effort of the Lewis Estates Community League (LECL) and five neighbouring community leagues: Rosenthal, Big Lake, Glastonbury, Secord, and Aldergrove. These community leagues are at the heart of their respective neighbourhoods, working tirelessly to promote a safer, more active, and inclusive community environment. They organize events, provide support, and fundraise for infrastructure projects that enhance the quality of life for residents.

With a combined population of over 50,000 people across 19,000 households, these communities have come together to create one of the biggest community league collaborations in West Edmonton. By joining forces, they aim to highlight the importance of community engagement, foster connections among neighbours, and celebrate the diverse talents within their communities.
