Western Swing Dance Concert featuring The Dogweeds

The Dogweeds are an East Bay band that revives your favorite old-time grooves with soulful harmonies, red-hot musicianship and a penchant for Western Swing. Blending classics with heart melting originals, the band features Joan Wilson Rueter on fiddle, guitar and vocals, Dawn Ellerbeck on upright bass, Rosie Steffy on harmonies and suitcase drums, and the electric sounds of Jamie Duncan and Jared Altura on twin lead guitars. This band makes you want to dance and dance you will on the great upstairs floor at the Welcome Grange!
