Western Swing Dance & Concert with the Dogweeds

Get on your cowboy, grab your honey and come out to the Napa Grange for a great evening of Western Swing with the fabulous band the Dogweeds
About this Event

DB Productions and the Welcome Grange bring another great evening of live music to Napa. The Dogweeds draw inspiration from the Western Swing dance bands of the 1930's and 40's, but with a modern take. Blazing instrumentals and honest, soulful vocal harmonies meet dance-inspiring grooves in a sound that is both unique and familiar. Genre bending originals add elements of jazz, blues, vintage pop and folk, while dazzling new arrangements bring old classics and deep cuts to life.

"Lyrics to make you think, but music to make you move... " Rachel Cholst, Adobe and Teardrops

"red-hot musicianship and a genuine love for Western Swing - proof that the genre thrives in the hands of the next generation." Mae McCoy, Western Swing Society
