Western Section Program Ad (2024)

The Western Section of the IAEI is requesting your cooperation in making the Western Section a success again this year through your sponsorship. Ad space is now available to be purchased in the meeting program book and there are also opportunities to sponsoring a coffee/soda break or two.

You and your company or organization is welcomed to providing content that will help attendees recognize your support for this event.

This is a great chance for you to enjoy an advertising opportunity for your organization.

The following is required when purchasing ad space:

Camera ready black-and-white Ad copy is requested, if available. If necessary, however, the printer will develop the Ad from any copy submitted, preferably electronic. Pictures and logos must be submitted in black and white. Included with this purchase is your company name displayed at the break and your company name on the sponsorship page in the Western Section program. PLEASE FORWARD ADVERTISING ARTWORK and FEES to Tom Moore at the address listed below no later than August 15, 2024.
