Join us for a long weekend of training in the high desert of the Grand Valley AND high elevation of Colorado Grand Mesa. You will experience the best of both worlds through training sessions that include the hot colorful desert landscape, cold water therapy in the Colorado river contrasted by the pristine high alpine terrain of the mesa.
