weigh-ins at 10:30 lifting starts at 11:00
Lifts will be done rising bar style. Four events in the following order:
Hilt
Double shallow Inch Pinch
2.25" crusher
2 handed Flask
Follow along for further details. I plan to have a form up by the first week of June.
