Celebrate community at the Western Library Block Party!

Western Library
Bring the whole family for a free afternoon filled with live performances, local vendors, food trucks, activities, a special storytime and more!
The entertainment lineup will feature music, dance, poetry and theater, including performances from the Carter Elementary Step Team, Monica Bizzle and Louisville Slyde, Envision Dance, Kenny Fresh, Brandi LaShay, Mr. Spreadlove, UofL AATP, The Creative Collective Network, Redline Performing Arts, Tasha Wilson-Hatchett, and more!
The Block Party is presented in collaboration with the neighborhood's YMCA.
Come celebrate the Western community, discover something new and enjoy an afternoon of fun at the library! 🎶
