West Philly Workout and Social with FLOW

Join us for FLOW, a queer- and trans-led workout and social gathering that centers joyful movement, connection, and collective care. This session will be guided by Dyll, who offers a mix of movement practices that meet you where you are.

Come as you are. Move how you need. Stay after to hang out, connect, and chill with other queer and trans folks in a welcoming space.
