About this Event

Mental health affects us all, yet many men continue to struggle in silence. This event will explore the challenges men can face in the workplace and highlight the importance of creating environments where open conversations are encouraged and support is readily available.

Alex McClintock will share his personal mental health journey and discuss the work of ANDYSMANCLUB, a charity dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding men’s mental health through the power of conversation and peer support.

This event is open to occupational safety and health professionals, managers, people managers, HR professionals, workplace wellbeing leads, and anyone with an interest in supporting mental wellbeing at work. While the focus is on men’s mental health, this session is for everyone. Women in the workplace play a vital role in recognising when men may be struggling, fostering supportive cultures, and encouraging meaningful conversations about mental health.

Whether you are responsible for workplace health and wellbeing, manage or support men within your organisation, or simply want to better understand the issues men can face, this session will provide valuable insight into the positive impact of connection, conversation and community support.

This is an in‑person event. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue.
