The West London Children's Diabetes Service are hosting this sponsored walk to bring together the children and families that use the service and fundraise for the resources, education and further initiaves the team provide that go further than standard NHS funding.

This walk will start and finish at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

On Sunday 20 September 2026 at 9:30AM
