The City of West Hollywood's Halloween Carnaval returns on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 6:00 to 11:00 PM.
The free street party takes over a one-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard between N. Doheny Drive and N. La Cienega Boulevard, drawing tens of thousands of costumed revellers. A main stage at Santa Monica Boulevard and N. San Vicente Boulevard features a live DJ, with food trucks along the route and Halloween celebrations at businesses, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues throughout the city.
Planning notes: Santa Monica Boulevard closes to traffic ahead of the event and side streets may close earlier in the day, so rideshare or public transit is recommended. Permit parking restrictions are suspended around the event.
