Join us in cheering on Akron Marathon runners as they pass by Akron's historic West Hill neighborhood! Mile 25 is one of the most difficult parts of the marathon and every bit of crowd support helps. Whether you are a runner or not, you may be surprised how inspiring being a spectator is.
We will be located at Chin's Place parking lot at 474 W Market Street from 8:30am-1pm. House 330 is a 3 minute walk down the street and will have a live band this year. Their Starbucks should be open until 12pm to use the restroom and purchase coffee.
Come and go as you please and feel free to bring chairs, signs, and any noise makers. Krispy Kreme donuts will be provided for the early birds.
The Marathon winner will be passing by around 9am. They will be running down Market Street around at an impressive 5 minute/mile pace.

Parking: Please note that Market Street will be closed. Free parking will be available across the street at American Red Cross at 501 W Market St, Akron, OH 44303 or there is street parking along South Balch Street.
