The 9th Annual Walk for FE and The Heart Foundation. Coming up to 10 years ago, I lost my dad suddenly to a heart attack. Since then, I have made it my mission to encourage people to get outdoors, get their bodies moving and help me raise awareness and funds for The Heart Foundation.
As always, each year has a different location and distance. You can walk it, run it, ride it... whatever you prefer.
This year will be 9km. Starting at Mullaloo Beach, heading south to Hillarys (4.5km) and then looping back to finish up at Mullaloo for an ocean dip (for those that are keen)
