IMPORTANT NEWS – PLEASE READ THIS!• We're moving to an amazing new location, effective Tuesday September 2nd. Details will be announced at our final Tuesday dance at QC on 8/26. DON'T MISS IT! (In case you hadn't heard, on 8/8 QC informed us they would be closing on 8/31.)
• We're starting a second dance each week on Thursday nights at our new Lake Norman location, Dynamic Ballroom in Cornelius, NC. Starts Thursday, September 11, 2025!
At QC this coming Tuesday, August 26th: WCS Champions Jason & Annmarie Marker will teach the Variations lesson while WCS All-Star Elise Herman will teach the Essentials lesson. No prior experience necessary. Singles and couples welcome. Friendly and fun people.
7:30 Doors Open
7:45–8:45 Intro Lesson (no prior experience)
7:45–8:45 Essentials Lesson (the foundation for success)
7:45–8:45 Variation Lesson (beyond essentials, for experienced dancers)
8:45–10:45 Social Dancing (all levels)
Charlotte Westies' weekly dances are ABOUT HAVING FUN! It's a great opportunity for dancers of all levels to learn from some of the top West Coast Swing Champions and All-Stars, including Patty Vo, Jason & Annmarie Marker, Michael Kiehm, Michael Kielbasa, Nicole Zwerlein, Elise Herman, Whitney Bartlett, Chris Wrigley and others. Join in the fun every Tuesday night!
COST: $15 includes lessons and social dance / Cash Only Please! (Flat, smooth-soled shoes recommended.)
