?? West Coast Swing is a fun and playful partner dance from the US. Do you want to learn to dance? This intensive will give you all the basics so you can get started quickly! The course will be held in Swedish, with the possibility to ask questions and receive answers in English. More information in English below!

Vill du lära dig en partnerdans som du kan dansa till en stor bredd av musik, från pop, blues, r’n’b, jazz och mera? Då passar det sig perfekt med West Coast Swing. Det är en relativt ny dans här i Sverige som nu växer och växer! Dansen har en rik historia i USA, framförallt i Kalifornien där den är delstatens officiella dans. West Coast Swing är en modern swingdans med mjuka rörelser och en lite mer avslappnad känsla. Den är lekfull och musikalisk och lämnar mycket utrymme för improvisation och musikanpassning.
I kursen ingår nybörjarkursen, kvällens workshop och socialdans.
Kursen är för ungdomar mellan 13-20 år.
Pris: 150 kr per deltagare
Instruktörer är Jesper Pettersson och Manxi Ye.

West Coast Swing is a dance that you can dance to a wide variety of music, for example pop, blues, RnB, jazz. It is a relatively new dance here in Sweden, which is becoming more and more popular. The dance has a rich history in the US, especially in California where it is the official state dance. West Coast Swing is a modern swing dance with soft movements and a relaxed feeling, it's fun and playful and musical and leaves a lot of room for improvisation.
The course will be held in Swedish, with the possibility to ask questions and receive answers in English.
Included in the price fee is the beginner intensive course, as well as the open workshop as well as the social dance in the evening.
Price: 150 SEK per participant
