WEST COAST SWINGBEGINNING PUSHES AND PASSES Level 1 Part 2
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 JUNE 15th -29th $30

This is a beginning Level One class covering the 6 count moves of basic Push Breaks and assorted passes. There will be a lot of information learned as this is the foundation of WCS.
Moves to be taught:
1. Basic Push Break or Sugar Push
2. Swivel to Shoulder Push Break
3. Basic Push to outside turn
4. Swivel to tuck to free turn
5. Starter Step to Throw Out
6. Left Side Pass
7. Under Arm right side Pass
Additional class information covered:
Leverage, compression and connection
Body lead and follow, hand and arm positions
Anchor position and styling
Purpose of each six counts
