✨ Welcome to the world of West Coast Swing!
No partner or previous experience needed - just come as you are! Our friendly teachers will guide you step by step and make sure you’re having fun from day one!
Our West Coast Swing beginner course is perfect for those who like learning and practicing with the same cohort of dancers each week, giving you plenty of time to practice and grow your confidence together.
We start a new course on the 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘞𝘦𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩. Pre-booking is essential so we can do our best to keep a balanced and enjoyable class for everyone.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn:
- 6- and 8-count rhythms
- Core beginner patterns
- Begin to work on partner connection and technique for WCS
- practice to short songs so you can dance with more people!
Our Level 1 syllabus will accelerate your progress and build your confidence on the dance floor.

📅 Dates: Wednesdays – 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th April
⏰ Time: 7:45-9:15pm (doors open 5 minutes before)

🔹 We rotate partners during class and aim to maintain a role balance. Followers may be placed on a short waitlist until Leaders sign up.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆:
The course is non-refundable, but you’re welcome to:
- transfer your place to another dancer in the same role, or
- roll it over to the following month
