Notice of Annual General MeetingWest City Baseball Club Incorporated
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of West City Baseball Club Incorporated will be held on Thursday, 18 June 2026, at Starling Park Clubrooms, commencing at 7:30pm.
The business of the meeting will include the following:
- Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM and any intervening Special General Meetings.
- Presentation and consideration of the annual report of the Board.
- Presentation and consideration of the annual financial statements, including the auditor’s or review report if applicable.
- Consideration of disclosures of conflicts of interest by Directors.
- Election of Elected Directors for the ensuing term.
- Appointment of an auditor or reviewer, if required.
- Consideration of any notices of motion properly submitted.
- Feedback on inclusivity and programme development.
- General business.
In accordance with the Constitution, any financial Playing Member wishing to propose a motion for consideration at the AGM, other than general business, must submit it in writing to the Secretary at least seven days before the meeting. Nominations for Elected Director positions must also be submitted in writing to the Secretary at least seven days before the AGM, together with the nominee’s written consent.
Members entitled to vote are financial Playing Members and financial Non-Playing Members. No member under the age of 18 is entitled to vote at any General Meeting.
