West Art Welcomes Carlos Elliot with Cesar and The Five

From the Colombian Andes to the Mississippi, Carlos Elliot fuses indigenous and African roots of the blues with the electric energy of rock, soul, and funk. He's performed for over 15 years on international stages, in 16 countries (the Americas, Europe, Asia), and he's making a stop right here at our City Hall stage. Opening the night is Lancaster's very own Cesar and The Five, a high-energy and versatile combo that's driven by a mission to connect people of all cultures and backgrounds through rhythm, storytelling, and shared human connection.
