West African Dance Class
About this Event
West African Dance Series 🥁🌍
Join us every Tuesday in June for a beginner-friendly West African Dance series filled with movement, rhythm, sweat, joy, and community.
Dates:
• June 7
• June 14
• June 21
• June 28
Whether you’ve danced before or you’re trying something completely new, this class is for you. We’ll explore traditional West African movements, connect to live rhythm and music, build stamina, and most importantly have fun in a welcoming, no-judgment space.
Expect high energy, grounding movement, good vibes, and a chance to really let go and be present in your body. West African dance is powerful, expressive, healing, and deeply connected to community and culture.
Wear something comfortable you can move in, bring water, and come ready to dance. Bare feet or sneakers both work.
Come for one class or join us for the full series — we’d love to dance with you ❤️🥁✨
