Weekly drumming classes is starting from the 18'th of June and onwards!We will play outside for the summer and see where it takes us. ?
Do you feel the calling to learn to play drums or improving your groove? Then now is djembe and doundoun classes collab. happening between Earthbeats Studio and percussionist Yassimbe Camara from Conakry, Guinea.
We will dive into traditional West Africans rhythms straight from the roots. Let's play and create together!
Being inclusive for beginners to moderate level, the teacher Yassimbe will guide us through 2 hours of African percussion ??
Classes will be Tuesdays from 18.00 to 20.00 near Dansepladsen in Fælledparken. The exact location will be shared in the event on the day.
We will have drums available if you do not have your own. Just make sure to announce you are participating and whether you need a drum so we can have an adequate amount with us. ?
Price: 150kr per weekly class.
You can attend the class as a pay as you go but it will be
possible to book 4 classes going forward and get a month of classes for 500kr.
Afterall, repetition and practice is key ??
