Come join us for an exciting in-person training to become a certified WERQ Like a Boss Instructor!* WERQ Like A Boss is an all-inclusive workout that combines everything you need (dance for cardio, resistance training for strength, and stretching for mobility) in less than an hour. The first half of the workout is WERQ dance fitness, and the second half is dedicated to resistance training, core work, and flexibility.

WERQ Like a Boss combines modalities that aren’t often paired together. While there are other workouts that pair cardio and weightlifting, the cardio is typically not dance, and dance is a special kind of cardio that benefits the brain.

In less than an hour, you'll crush your fitness goals and check those boxes like a Boss.

*PREREQUISITE: You must be a Certified WERQ® Dance Fitness Instructor to attend this training.
