The most effective workout is the one you love! Instructors Alison and Melissa will do a mash-up of the wildly addictive dance formats WERQ and Turn-up. Get ready to dance, sweat, and turn on your sass appeal under the glowing lights at the Rooster! Featuring a mix of the hottest current hip-hop, pop, and rock music, we'll have you moving your body to a heart-pumping playlist in a judgement-free zone.
$10 gets you in the door for a 75-minute class starting at 6:00 PM. Doors open at 5:30, so come early for our drink specials and to grab your spot on the floor!
This class is for ALL levels! Our highly experienced instructors will cue you every step of the way to give you a repetitive but ultra-fun workout experience.
