WeROC ESP SPARKS Retreat - April 2024

SPARKS is a two-day/one night invitation-only retreat for education support professionals (ESPs) who want to learn more about their profession, the Association, and build relationships with other ESPs around the Western Region Organizing Center (WeROC). This retreat is intended to help build connection with the ESP & IEA community.

SPARKS can help members take charge of their profession and their future; it gives them the chance to discuss and learn more about issues that concern ESPs in a small group setting. This retreat is an interactive, hands-on experience designed to “spark” your interest and develop skills you can use in your workplace and schools and in your local association. Plus! Participants get to relax and learn in McCall! The SPARKS agenda is based on your responses to a questionnaire (which will be sent to you separately).
