About this Event
The WERK N TWERK twerk-out session is a great start in building your twerking skills and getting a fun-filled workout, at the SAME TIME.
Hosted by Certified Twerk Tech, Jasmyne Alexis.
You'll have LOTS of fun learning different techniques to werk your twerk and putting those moves together for a twerk out session at the end!!
This class is complete with a full body warmup, stretch, twerk drills and a choreographed twerk routine. The twerk drills will prep your body to perform the moves. And the choreographed routine will be broken down (step by step) so you can have fun, get your sweat on and add your own spice, drip amd swag to the moves. IT's ALWAYS A GREAT TIME WITH THE TWERKMATES.
